Let's get started! These are some examples of photos that were sent to me to work with. These are samples so you can get an idea of what I mean by getting the full left side and right side of your family member. It doesn't have to be perfect, and if the photo doesn't work for me, I'll simply ask you to take another one.
The important parts are that your family member is comfortable, and standing. The face can be turned towards the camera or looking straight ahead, but please don't let them look away from the camera. It gets confusing for me.

Wilder the pup Left side, Right side It's perfectly fine that Wilder isn't facing the camera in his Right side photo. His face is still straight ahead, so I can use this. If he'd been looking away (over his left shoulder), I would have needed another pic.
Buddy the Mule Left side, right side
Crowley the Kitty Left side, Right side. These are excellent pics for me to work with. I don't mind her darker fur, or the slightly darker pic. I can still see and work with her meridians no worries.
Waldo the calf Left side, Right side. Waldo is only 6 weeks old in these pics, so I understand when you can't manage a 'perfectly still' picture.
Sam kitty, Crowley's sister and littermate. Left side, Right side. Although Sam is sitting, I'm still able to work with her meridians as well.
